How much will my parcel cost to ship within New Zealand?

NZ Post Domestic $5.10

NZ Post Rural $9.40

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

NZ Post Domestic: up to 3 days.

NZ Rural: 3 - 5 days.

All packages are tracked.

**With Auckland having restrictions due to Covid-19, NZ Post is experiencing significant delays. It could be a delay of up to 5 working days to ship out of Auckland and up to 2 extra working days into the Waikato. For the rest of New Zealand, a delay of 1 working day maybe experienced.

I'm overseas, can I purchase from your store?

At the moment, shipping is within New Zealand, but hopefully in the not too distant future, we'll be shipping outside of New Zealand.

We are based in Auckland.

My soap is disappearing fast!

Handmade soaps are made with natural oils, so it's very important to let them dry out thoroughly in between uses. If they remain sitting in a damp area, they won't last long.
